Holidays should be relaxing – starting with the booking process.

That’s why our prices are transparent, fair, and include all standard amenities such as final cleaning, bed linen, and towels.

Rates per Chalet / Night

​

• Chalet with shared pool: € 220 / night (plus local tourism tax*)

 

• Premium private chalet with covered pool: € 350 / night (plus local tourism tax*)

• Pet fee: € 15 / night
  
   

Rates per Apartment / Night

• Small apartment: € 140 / night for 2 guests (plus local tourism tax*)
  → each additional person: € 20 / night
   

• Large apartment: € 140 / night for 2 guests (plus local tourism tax*)
  → each additional person: € 20 / night
   

• ​Pet fee: € 15 / night

        *Local tourism tax: € 2.50 per person per night (adults only)

Occupancy & Bed Configuration

• Chalets:

  • Max. 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children

  • 1 double bed (upper floor)

  • 1 children's bed (150 × 180 cm, upper floor)

  • 1 sofa bed (ground floor)

• Small apartment:

  • Max. 3 guests

  • 1 double bed + sofa bed in the living-dining area
    ​​

• Large apartment:

  • Max. 9 guests

  • 2 double beds + 5 single beds​
     

Crib available on request.

Arrival and Departure:

​

• Check-in from 3:00 PM

• Check-out by 11:00 AM (preferred)

Booking Conditions
 

• Minimum stay: 2 nights
  Stays under 2 nights may be possible on request (surcharge applies)
   

• Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.
  If you cancel 30 days or less before your arrival, we will charge 40% of the total amount.
  For cancellations made 14 days or less before arrival, 70% of the total price will be charged.
  If you cancel 7 days or less before arrival, we charge 90% of the total amount.
  In case of cancellation on the day of arrival, 100% of the total cost will be charged.
